Furthermore, the FSC® and PEFC™ certification schemes incorporate traceability criteria that allow the origin of materials to be tracked throughout the supply chain.
Furthermore, we operate under a make-to-order or ‘Batch 1’ production model, whereby each order is manufactured specifically for the customer once confirmed.
This system enables us to avoid the advance manufacture of products intended to remain in storage for long periods of time. In this way, we reduce the product’s exposure to the conditions associated with prolonged storage, preventing potential deterioration and preserving its characteristics and quality until the moment of delivery.
For us, manufacturing to order is a way of maintaining greater control over the product from manufacture to delivery, offering each customer a product manufactured specifically for their order and in accordance with our quality standards.
